Baptist Health Concierge Medicine is an elevated primary care program operated by Baptist Health South Florida, one of South Florida's largest health systems. Members pay an annual membership fee of $2,500 in addition to carrying standard health insurance. Each physician maintains a smaller-than-average patient panel, giving members significantly more one-on-one time, 24/7 direct physician access, and same-day or next-day scheduling. The program operates across seven locations in South Florida including Coral Gables, Kendall, Pinecrest, Key West, two Boca Raton offices, and Delray Beach. Each member is supported by a dedicated physician and a medical assistant who coordinates care. Members gain priority access to Baptist Health's network of over 4,000 physicians and world-class specialty institutes covering heart and vascular, brain and spine, cancer, and orthopedics. Membership benefits include comprehensive physicals, medication management, preventive care and wellness programs, advanced diagnostics and enhanced screenings (full-body MRI, genetic testing at select locations), virtual visits, and at-home lab testing. The annual membership fee is not covered by Medicare or other insurance. This is true concierge medicine — a genuine membership model layered on top of standard insurance coverage, not standard hospital care rebranded.
