Banner Executive Health and Wellness is Banner Health's concierge medicine program serving the Phoenix metropolitan area. Part of one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the US, the concierge clinic sits at 4200 E Camelback Rd., Suite 102, Phoenix, AZ 85018 in the Arcadia neighborhood. Despite the slug referencing Mesa, the actual concierge program operates from the Phoenix location. Each physician is capped at a maximum of 300 patients, ensuring meaningful time with each patient. Membership includes 24/7 direct communication with the care team, a dedicated phone line, unlimited health coaching via the SENS Solution Wellness Program, members-only exam spaces, same-day and next-day appointments, and telehealth. Current physicians include Dr. Janna Assar, MD and Dr. Jeffrey Curtis, MD, both focused on individualized preventive medicine. Membership fees are not publicly disclosed and must be requested by calling (480) 999-2644. Fees do not cover diagnostics, specialist visits, prescriptions, ER, or urgent care. HSA funds may be applicable. Family members in the same household can be added at reduced rates. New members must transition all primary care to Banner concierge physicians.
