Dr. Jain limits enrollment to approximately 100 patients — a fraction of the typical primary care panel — ensuring each patient receives deeply attentive, unhurried care. Dr. Jain's credentials are exceptional. He graduated with honors from Princeton University with a degree in Molecular Biology, earned his medical degree from UCSF, and completed his internal medicine residency at Stanford. He spent years at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, advancing to leadership roles at the Los Gatos and Blossom Hill branches before launching Aurum MD to practice medicine on his own terms. The membership is billed monthly (invoiced annually) as a direct-pay model. All visits with Dr. Jain are covered under the membership fee. Patients still need insurance for specialists, hospitalizations, labs, imaging, and prescriptions.
