The program operates under the Perspective Health & Wellness brand with locations at SouthPark (704-512-2506) and Kenilworth (704-468-3100) in Charlotte, NC. The Executive Concierge program begins with a comprehensive Executive Physical — a rigorous, full-day health assessment — and continues with a year of highly personalized care. Membership is priced at $3,000 annually (cash pay), while insurance covers all actual clinical services. The program offers true 24/7 access to a board-certified internal medicine physician via phone, text, and email; same-day or next-day priority scheduling; extended in-person and virtual appointments; and the ability to select a physician by gender preference. Unique to the Executive tier: in-home lab draws and IV services, virtual exams via TytoCare remote monitoring technology, and a dedicated care coordinator who manages referrals and specialist access across the full Atrium Health system. Patients also receive complimentary access to the MyAtriumHealth portal. This program targets the high-achieving professional who needs healthcare that works around their schedule — not the other way around.
