Atrium Health Concierge Care is the flagship concierge medicine program within Atrium Health, one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in the Southeast. Operating under the brand Perspective Health & Wellness, the Charlotte location serves adults 18 and older at 4525 Cameron Valley Parkway in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, North Carolina.
