Dr. Angela S. Miller is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has provided concierge primary care to the Las Vegas community since 2002. She graduated summa cum laude in biology and pre-medicine from Avila College in Kansas City, earned her MD from the University of Kansas School of Medicine (1999), and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas. Her independent solo practice, Concierge Medicine Las Vegas, operates on a membership model that intentionally limits panel size to provide unhurried, personalized adult primary care. Annual physicals run 90 minutes and include a comprehensive physical exam, full laboratory workup, and EKG. Members have direct cell phone access to Dr. Miller for after-hours urgencies. The practice focuses on prevention, patient education, chronic disease management, and acute care. Membership fees are not listed publicly — pricing is available by calling the office. Care coordination for imaging and specialist referrals is included, along with 24-hour prescription refill turnaround on business days.
