America's Family Doctors (AFD) is a multi-location family medicine and walk-in clinic group serving Middle Tennessee, founded in 2002 by Dr. S. Steve Samudrala. With three locations in Brentwood, Smyrna, and Spring Hill, AFD has grown into one of the region's established primary care groups, welcoming all patients regardless of insurance status. The practice operates on a traditional insurance-based model — no membership fees, no concierge add-ons — with a broad team of physicians, family nurse practitioners, and physician assistants covering a wide range of primary care needs. Providers include Dr. Samudrala, Dr. Sadia Dar, Dr. Rennee Dhillon, and multiple advanced practice providers. AFD offers a notably wide service breadth for a community practice: annual physicals, urgent care, medical weight loss, men's and women's HRT, ADD/ADHD management, immigration medical exams, Suboxone/addiction medicine, and allergy treatment. TeleVisits are available for established patients, including Sunday appointments by telemedicine. All three locations follow the same hours — Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, plus Saturday and holidays 9am-noon — making it one of the more accessible primary care options in the Nashville suburbs.
