Louisville Concierge Medicine, PLLC is an independent concierge internal medicine practice in Louisville, Kentucky founded and owned by Dr. Alexis Karageorge, MD. Dr. Karageorge created the practice to escape the volume-driven model of traditional primary care and provide deeply personalized medicine to a small, carefully curated patient panel. Dr. Karageorge is a Louisville native who graduated Summa Cum Laude in Biology from the University of Louisville and earned her MD from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1992. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Cincinnati, where she won the Internal Medicine Residents' Teaching Award and the Department of Medicine Chairman's Presentation First Place award, then served as Chief Medical Resident with a visiting fellowship at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, England. She has over 32 years of clinical experience and has been affiliated with Baptist Health Louisville and Norton Hospital. Membership is billed annually at $2,500 per person or $4,000 per couple per year. The annual subscription fee covers access and personalized service; medical services are billed separately. Due to the intentionally small panel size, the practice does not routinely accept new patients and operates on a limited availability basis.
